Single newsletter: CAD 240; 1 issue · up to 650 words total; issue outline, introduction and concise sections; 1 round of revisions; delivery target of 3 business days. Two subject options and one preview line per issue, editable copy and source questions are included.
Newsletter series: CAD 620; 3 issues · up to 1,800 words total; coordinated outlines and a proposed issue sequence; 2 rounds of revisions; delivery target of 6 business days. Two subject options and one preview line per issue, editable copy and source questions are included.
Editorial newsletter batch: CAD 1,120; 6 issues · up to 3,600 words total; issue sequence and brief voice guidelines; 2 rounds of revisions; delivery target of 10 business days. Two subject options and one preview line per issue, editable copy and source questions are included.
Amounts are in Canadian dollars for the listed scope. The written quote confirms the final total and applicable tax treatment before commitment. Each package covers one brand, one primary audience and one agreed content batch in English.
Issue structure and word limits
Each issue includes an outline, two subject options, one preview line, an introduction and the agreed concise sections. Newsletter series adds a proposed issue sequence. Editorial newsletter batch also includes brief voice guidelines.
The word limit applies to the entire batch, including both subject options, preview lines, headings and body copy. Editorial comments and voice guidelines are excluded. The limit is not multiplied by the number of issues.
Information and approval
The copy uses news, facts and destinations you provide. Missing details are noted for confirmation. Your team approves dates, claims, links and final wording before using the text.
Writing scope
Email design, HTML templates, platform setup, subscriber management and sending are outside these packages. The service provides editorial copy and does not guarantee opens, clicks, email delivery or commercial results.
Each engagement is a defined batch, not a recurring subscription. Your team handles its subscriber records, permissions, platform, sending and unsubscribe functions.
Revisions and delivery
A revision round is one set of consolidated comments within the agreed topics, audience, issues and volume. Additional issues, materials or changes in audience are scoped and quoted before being added.
Delivery targets start after confirmation and receipt of complete materials. Availability and the specific delivery date are agreed before work starts. Missing information or a change of scope may require a date adjustment agreed with you.
Payment and cancellation
These pages do not process payments. Payment arrangements and cancellation terms are confirmed before the engagement, with regard to the rights applicable to the agreement.
Materials and confidentiality
The sharing method and confidentiality arrangements are agreed before sensitive materials are exchanged. Provide only material you can share and remove unnecessary personal information. Subscriber lists and platform passwords are not needed for the initial enquiry.
