What the copy includes
Each issue includes an outline, two subject options, one preview line, an introduction and concise sections. The three-issue series adds a proposed sequence; the six-issue batch also adds brief voice guidelines.
The word limit is for the whole batch and includes both subject options, preview lines, headings and body copy. Editorial comments and voice guidelines are excluded. The words are distributed across the agreed issues.
Building and sending the email
Email design, HTML templates, platform setup, subscriber management and sending are outside the writing packages. Your team confirms the facts, destinations and final copy before use.
The packages are defined batches, not recurring subscriptions. New issues, topics or changes in audience are scoped before being added.
