Preparing an email
The contact fields use your name, reply email and enquiry text in your browser to create a mailto link. The code of these pages does not send those entries to a server or save them in local storage.
Choosing “Open prepared email” asks the browser to open an email application with the prepared text. You review and send the message in that application. Your email application and provider operate outside these pages.
Information shared when contacting us
Information shared by email or phone is used to respond, define the scope and manage work you confirm. Include only the details needed for the enquiry.
Newsletter materials
The writing service does not require subscriber lists or platform passwords. Do not include them in your initial enquiry. These pages do not provide newsletter signup or mailing-list management.
Share materials you are able to provide for the writing engagement. Remove unnecessary personal information and avoid sending sensitive documents in the initial enquiry. The sharing method and appropriate handling conditions are agreed before those materials are exchanged.
Notice preference
Closing the cookie notice saves “yes” under the key “stelsetman_notice_closed_v1” in this browser’s local storage. It only remembers that the notice was closed. The code does not send this preference to a server. See the cookie policy.
Page code and hosting
The delivered code includes no user registration, online payments, analytics or advertising tags. Styles, scripts and icons are included in the HTML files without external resources.
A hosting environment may record technical request data, such as IP addresses, or add services depending on its configuration. These pages do not establish a provider or retention period for those records. The information should be updated if additional systems are introduced.
Questions about shared information
To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have shared with Stelsetman, contact us by email or phone and include the context of the communication.
